After-Fx Professional DJ Service came to be in the summer of 2009, when DJ Chip Aldrich attended a benefit party where the band was a no show, and the DJ's that were already there, loaded up and left early when there was a packed house. Vowing to never let this happen on his watch, Chip began working to get the new DJ business up and running. We are all very excited for what the future brings for After-Fx!

Biography
This year has been an outstanding year, and we only have a few open dates left for the rest of the season, so if you're looking to have us at your event, you better act fast! We're booking fast for the remaining 2025 season and are booking for the 2026 season now! We have wrapped up another great year at the Painted Pony Championship Rodeo in Lake Luzerne, NY, every Friday night in the Longhorn Saloon from the 4th of July, through Labor Day weekend.
Again this year, we were be back entertaining at the Warrensburg Fire Company's Annual SmokeEaters Jamboree in July on Friday and Saturday nights, and have been reserved to play for the 2026 event.
In November, we will be playing for the annual Adirondack Stampede Rodeo After Party at Heritage Hall in the Glens Falls Harding Mazzotti arena. This year, we will be playing both Friday and Saturday nights for the rodeo after party! We always have a huge crowd for this, and it's a blast!
